There are no 1 handed staffs. Staffs are always 2-handed. Canes and wands on the other hand are 1 handed.

Oh, it is collector item, 12 energy req 9 domination, 20% improve recharge on dom skills, 20% improve casting on dom skills.

I sell lots of similar collector items. I don't sell the cane though, since you can get the 20% domination cane right outside elona for 5 minotaur horns, too easy to get.

I meant a cane. I have seen the 12/20/20 item in a collector and I alredy have one, but mine is better.
